Ground Zero: The Sapi Spark
“We remember when Sapienza walked into the shop with the idea of making a Fish based on the ones he’d been riding at the time in Southern California, where he lives. We started messing with outlines, and the Sapi Model came to life. That was our first Fish Design. No tricks, just a board that makes surfing easier and more fun”. Shapers Teco and Tico.

Overview
No Ego. Just Surf
Shaped back in the late ‘90s and early 2000s with former pro surfer Eduardo Sapienza, the Sapi’s been around for a while and for good reason. It’s a super versatile board that just works for all kinds of surfers and styles.
Easy paddle, solid drive, and it flies through sections without even trying. Loves small days but doesn’t tap out when things get punchy. Loose, fast, and fun as hell. No hype, just a board that rips, plain and simple.
